Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 Cups shredded Gruyere
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Chop off the ends of your asparagus (about 1.5 inches off). Place in a baking dish, drizzle with Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast in oven for 60 minutes - tossing every 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with gruyere. Serve hot.
